Welcome to VeliaCycle. By downloading, accessing, or using the VeliaCycle mobile application, website, and related support features (collectively the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not download or use the VeliaCycle application. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued usage constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
2. Medical Disclaimer
CRITICAL NOTICE: VeliaCycle is a cycle tracking and information tool. It is NOT a medical device, nor is it a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should not use VeliaCycle as a form of contraception or birth control, or to diagnose any medical condition. Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions about your health.
3. App Store & Subscriptions
Our mobile app offers access to Premium features (cycle pattern reports, export options, community access) via weekly, monthly, and yearly subscriptions processed by Apple App Store Connect. All subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancellations and refunds are managed directly through Apple Store Account settings.
4. User Content and Conduct
VeliaCycle includes local community discussion forums where users can share tips and advice. If you post contents to the community forums:
- You agree not to upload offensive, hateful, harassing, obscene, or illegal material.
- You retain ownership of the content you share, but grant VeliaCycle a non-exclusive license to display it within the community tab.
- We reserve the right to remove any post that violates App Store safety rules or these Terms.
5. Intellectual Property
All designs, code, logos, emblems, text, and graphics associated with the VeliaCycle brand are the exclusive property of VeliaCycle. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute any part of our application without express written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
VeliaCycle provides the Services "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. In no event shall VeliaCycle be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the app, including incorrect cycle or due predictions.
